When I forgot to mention an oil change on some work I needed done, they immediately got it done—faster than the quick change garages—and they were not only completely understanding about the miscommunication, but my service advisor (Scott Rockett) and the team were very friendly and happy to offer the chance to get it done, even at 5PM. Despite living 45 minutes away, I’m glad I chose to let them work on my car. I highly recommend their service department.
The salesman, Mike V., was amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Even after the transaction, he helped me setup getting my windows tinted and helped me get an additional form I needed for my tag. I wish all experiences could be so effortless!

I recently scheduled my 2018 Honda CR-V service online and took it to the Service Center on the scheduled date and time. I had an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and attentive. The waiting area was comfortable and well-equipped, which made the time fly by. I’m confident in the quality of the work done and the pricing was fair. Overall, it was a seamless, professional experience. Highly recommend this service center for anyone looking to keep their Honda in top condition!

I scheduled my service online and was given 2pm time for Saturday. I added in the instructions that I wanted the ceramic coating also. When we drove 2 hours Saturday, Michael Wessner was not friendly at all. He acted like he didn't want to be bothered with us. He said that it was too late in the day to do coating. He said its only done M-F that I had to be there at 830am. When we bought our car, we were told that it would be done when we brought it for service anytime. No one communicated with me ...

Had some maintenance work done and a visor needed to be replaced. The service was quick and professional. The visor had to be ordered. The part came in the next day. Installed in 15 min. Great service.
I scheduled to come in for recall when I asked how long would it take I was told 3 hrs when I got there I was told 6hrs. So couldn’t have it done. The people who answer the phone should have a better idea of the job. So I wasted my time coming in.

Arrived a little early; car had a cursory check based on my online comments. The issue as I described could not be replicated then or while being serviced. He was honest and upfront that if the issue could not be duplicated, nothing could be done at that time. Also since the oil life was greater than 10%, I would be paying as Honda Corporate would not reimburse unless it was less than 10%.

The finance guy talked too much and didn’t seem to care about what I could “afford”. He added on the 7 year extra warranty and my payment went to $700. I told him I couldn’t afford that and he just blew me off. I wanted to take the $10,000 warranty off it would have made my payment $455 but he wouldn’t listen to me! I was so mad when I left.
Kyle helped us choose our new Pilot. We are enjoying it. He answered questions and Al supported us throughout the process.

I really appreciate how Scott took care of everything with my 2022 Accord. I had just left work after a long day and noticed the vehicle would not accelerate beyond first gear. I made it to the service center about 30 min before closing and Scott took charge and had my car ready to pick up the following day before lunch. He called me first thing the next morning to explain what the issue was, what was being done to repair the problem, and that my warranty covered the repair in full. You can't ask for any better service than that ...

Staff is always nice and explains items well. My wife left the service dept and immediately noticed a new noise in her blower motor. She called to schedule a follow-up, and the lady on the call wasn’t very courteous and said “there was nothing they could’ve done,” essentially washing her hands of the problem. Upon arrival for the follow-up, the service guy, nice like always, said that it isn’t unusual when they check the cabin filter, for items to fall down in to the blower motor.
